Are you adding protein powder to your smoothie? If not, please do. No I'm not, what kind of protein powder would you suggest? I've tried all kinds of whey protein powders and they are just plain gross to me. Am- rolled up chicken breast with bell peppers and handful of almonds with water. Lunch- steak with potatoes with ghee butter and spinach with water. Dinner- ground chicken with a sweet potato and ghee butter with a salad with olive oil balsamic dressing and water.

If you don't like whey, egg white protein would be fine. I have some single-portion whey protein powders at the gym that you can purchase and try before committing to an entire tub/bag.
Your food for yesterday looks great. Any more changes? weight loss?

But I haven't seen anymore changes, I weighted myself this morning and I still weight the same as I did before. Is that normal or okay?

It's ok. Do your clothes fit differently? If you hit a plateau, we may need to weigh and measure your food.

I think that's what it is I think I hit a plateau, my clothes feel good everything still fits great but I'm just maintaining the same weight as I did. Lunch- rolled up chicken breast with a salad with olive oil balsamic dressing and water. Snack- mango smoothie Dinner- grilled chicken salad with roasted peppers, tomatoes, artichokes with olive oil balsamic dressing with water.

Don't worry about what the scale says. Take weekly pics in your sports bra and shorts and see if there's a difference. We may need to increase your protein...hard to say since I don't know exact amounts as you aren't weighing and measuring your food.

Okay I'll do that. i bought 2 flavors of the gnarly protein powder that I'm going to try tomorrow when I wake up. If I have that for breakfast do I drink it with whatever I eat or can I just drink it by itself?? Am-rolled up chicken breast with a salad and balsamic olive oil dressing with water. Lunch- deviled eggs with watermelon and water. Dinner- little bit of gluten free pasta with water (not hungry)

Go to this site and figure out the amounts you should be eating: healthyeater.com/flexible-dieting-calculator Start logging your food into the My Fitness Pal app (it's free). You can even friend request me on the app and I can see what you're eating and comment there instead of on this message board. I think you will find you're not eating nearly enough. PS: if you want me to see your food diary in the app, you have to go to settings and set it so that your friends can see it.
