Sure thing. Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs. You can reheat leftovers. I often have meat for breakfast! I make a big batch of sweet potato pork hash and reheat that all week. Of here are some other ideas. Just be careful with paleo muffins, etc. If they have honey, agave, syrup, etc., you can omit. paleogrubs.com/breakfast-recipes

Watch out for too much bacon. It's more of a fat than a good protein source. Sparingly, it's fine.
Looks like you didn't eat much yesterday.

I have a quick question I just woke up and I have a really bad pain in my leg like right under my knee I feel like it's a charley horse but i I felt it in my sleep, is there anything I can do for it I can barely walk. I had my dad stretch it out and everything but I'm still in a lot of pain and I know I can't eat bananas or milk. Is there something else??

Eat a banana and see if that helps. You may be dehydrated. Drink a ton of water today.

Drink TONS of water every day. I suspect that's what it is. Either than or one of your muscle's is overcompensating for another causing a cramp. Come in and stretch out, etc. today.
Good job on the food.
