Lunch- stuffed salmon with potatoes and ghee butter with water (only ate half) Snack- paleo smoothie Dinner- ground chicken with potatoes and ghee butter with water.

what was in the paleo smoothie? Frozen blueberries, strawberries, almond milk, and shredded coconut. Am- ground beef, handful of cherry tomatoes, raw pumpkin seeds and water. Snack- Apple Lunch- ground chicken with zucchini, squash and onions made in olive oil with water. Dinner- chicken and shrimp stir fry with broccoli, carrots, zucchini and onions with water.

Am- 2 pieces of chicken with a little organic mustard, carrot and raw pumpkin seeds with water. Lunch- 2 pieces of rolled up roast beef with a paleo smoothie with frozen mangos and peaches with almond milk and shredded coconut. Dinner- turkey burger with grilled bell peppers and onions with gucomole and a salad with a little balsamic olive oil dressing and water.

Am- 1 banana paleo pancake made with 1 banana, 1 egg, vanilla, and cinnamon with ghee butter and water. Lunch- 4 pieces of roast beef with a cucumber and balsamic olive oil dressing and water. Snack- paleo smoothie with frozen mangos, peaches, shredded coconut, water and almond milk. Dinner- pulled pork with a sweet potato and ghee butter with water.

Every day. Keep fruit to one serving a day but don't be afraid of sweet potatoes and other starchy carbs.

How are you feeling? have you noticed changes in your body? weight loss since we last spoke ( 6 lbs)?

How are you feeling? have you noticed changes in your body? weight loss since we last spoke ( 6 lbs)? Omg!! I just weighted myself and I lost another 3 pounds so I loss a total of 8 pounds so far I'm so excited!!! And I'm feeling amazing actually, I noticed since I started crossfit that my neck and shoulders don't hurt anymore, I would usually have to go to the chiropractor at least once a week or maybe 2 times a week and since I've started I only went once for my leg when I had a bad cramp and couldn't walk. I haven't felt this great in my entire life not only because of that but because I always have so much engery Im never tired, I always get up earlier than I'm suppose to for work (that normally never happens) it's so amazing to see how much you can change in a short period of time. Plus I feel like I'm getting a little stronger and I'm not as tired in the workout as I was when I first started. Sorry for the long book it's just so awesome and an amazing feeling.

Lunch- 3 pieces of pork loin with a sweet potato and ghee butter with water. Dinner- tipelia with potato pie made with potatoes and eggs cooked in oil olive with water.
