02/22/15 Breakfast: 3 eggs w/half banana. Lunch: chicken breast and small salad w/sunflower seeds. Late afternoon snack: apple w/AB. Dinner: Pork ribs broiled in the oven, sweet potato and small salad. Water

4/13/2015. Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and v8. Lunch: salad w/white canned tuna and sunflower seeds o/v dressing, apple w/AB, diet mountain dew. Post wod: handful of mixed nuts. Dinner: chicken breast w/sweet potato. Water

Food choices look good. I am excited to talk goals with you and how we can make this work. The diet soda is awful, though.

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, water. Lunch: can white tuna w/sunflower seeds on top, DMD (diet mt.dew), Dinner: 1/4 baked chicken and slice of French bread. Water. Post wod 1/2 banana.

4/15/15. Breakfast was good, the usual. Snack: apple w/AB. The rest of the day was not worth mentioning. See you tomorrow.

Well for the past week breakfast has been my usual, lunch was good eating salads with tuna or chicken and o\v. No fruit and a couple of days I had a protein bar in the late afternoon. Having said that once I got home the diet wasn't so good! Evenings are the worst, a couple nights I had cereal (cracklen oat bran), chicken enchiladas, pizza, one night was was pretty good hamburger Patti w/salad. I did cut way back on the diet mt dew. I'll continue to work on the evening diet.

You need to give yourself some tough love. Don't cook, order or have those things around. Visualize the goal and what you want to look like.
