2/15/15 Breakfast: 3 slices of bacon and one sweet potato pancake w/v-8, Lunch: chicken breast (shocking) w/small salad o/v. Midday snack apple w/AB. Dinner: home made chili (no Beans), 1/2 sweet potato. water throughout

2/16/15 Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/v-8. Lunch: Cesar salad w/tuna fish (1/2 small can white tuna in water) w/ov, apple w/AB. Midday snack: portion of mixed nuts. Dinner: Bowl of chili w/mixed steamed vegies. Night time snack: remaining mixed nuts. Water throughout. (post WOD I came home and ate dinner)
