Looks good! The Terra chips are fine on accession,. Just beware that packaged chips usually have some sort of oil that's higher in Omega 6, which is inflammatory. Try and limit beans to 2-3 servings per week and see how you feel. They contain some of the same anti-nutrients as gluten (not as bad, though), so you don't want those too frequently, either.
You feeling leaner yet?

Yes I feel like I'm leaning out. After only a week. Although yesterday we went to Aquatica. Hard to stay on track at a theme park (they allow you to bring in a cooler if you have dietary restrictions, such as not wanting to eat fried junk food haha) but besides the dinner I didn't do too horrible. Back to it today.

Gluten-free rice pasta...eh. It's highly processed. For your carb sources, try and stick to whole-food sources: rice, potato, plantain, quinoa, etc.
