Bf - 5 strawberries ice 1/2 cup egg whites 1/2 cup coconut milk blended Lunch - 6oz sliced sirloin, peppers, onions , mushrooms cooked with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and wrapped with lettuce. 2 slices avocado Snack - grapefruit Dinner - salad of lettuce tomato cucumber onion with olive oil and vinegar with 6oz mahi blackened.

Bf - grapefruit 1/4 chicken breast cooked with ghee and salt/pepper Lunch - salad - lettuce, cucumber, onion, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 piece bacon and homemade dressing (1 egg yolk, olive oil, balsamic, lemon, pepper) used about 1 tsp Snack - 10 almonds Dinner - 8 oz prime rib, steamed vegetables and salad (lettuce, carrots, cucumber) with olive oil/vinegar

2/5/2015 Glad I ran into yesterday so I stayed on track for the rest of the evening Bf - grapefruit 1/4 chicken breast with ghee salt pepper, 1 piece bacon Snack - celery and carrots Lunch - ground sirloin coconut oil , onions, peppers wrapped in lettuce Dinner - two 2oz slider patties plain, grilled shrimp with grilled romaine salad, oil and vinegar

2/8/15 Bf - grapefruit with 4oz pork tenderloin portion - cooked with coconut oil, salt, pepper oregano Lunch - kale, spinach, cucumber, onion, sweet pepper, lemon, olive oil and balsamic with 5 grilled shrimp Dinner - 5 grilled chicken wings with lemon, pepper and oregano (cooked at home), 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower, grilled asparagus Snack - 15 almonds
2/9/15 Bf - 2 hard boiled eggs and 1/2 chicken breast with coconut oil, salt pepper Lunch - homemade butternut squash soup (roast butternut squash, sautéed onion and 1/2 green apple, cinnamon, 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup low sodium chicken stock) 5 steamed shrimp Dinner - 5 steamed shrimp with sautéed kale, spinach, sweet peppers, onion - coconut oil, salt, pepper, garlic Snack - grapefruit

2/10/2015 Bf - grapefruit, 15 almonds Lunch - ate lunch pretty early so more of a "brunch" 6oz ground lean beef sautéed with coconut oil, red pepper, onion and wrapped in Bibb lettuce leaves. 1 cup homemade butternut squash soup Snack - 10 almonds Dinner - salad of lettuce, cucumber, sweet peppers. Oil and vinegar. 6oz blackened grouper with steam broccoli and plantains

2/11/2015 We are out of town so I got behind in recording! Bf - grapefruit + 1/4 chicken breast with small amount ghee salt and pepper Lunch - 6oz sirloin plus 1 cup sweet potato mash. Salad with cucumber, onion, sweet pepper olive oil and lemon Snack - 15 almonds plus 3 pieces beef jerky Dinner - grilled asparagus with coconut oil, cauliflower "rice" with ghee and onion, 2 - 2oz lamb chops seared with salt and pepper (thank you pj for cooking lol...)
2/12/2015 Bf- no breakfast had to go to unexpected appt (bad of me) Lunch - 8 oz sirloin with kale, onion, garlic, sweet peppers sautéed in coconut oil Snack - 15 almonds, 4 pieces beef jerky Dinner - steamed vegetables with chicken with garlic and olive oil
2/13/2015 Bf- one egg omelette, plain with a clementine Lunch - 6oz sirloin with 1/2 baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli. Salad with cucumber, onion with olive oil and balsamic Snack - 8 steamed peel and eat shrimp Dinner - blackened mahi with baked yucca strips

2/14/2015 Bf - 5 grilled shrimp, 2 sausages sautéed with onion, peppers and olive oil Lunch - 6oz seared tuna with chopped onion, tomato and lettuce Dinner - steamed mixed vegetables, 6oz grilled hogfish and tuna and yellowtail sashimi with jalapeños and sliced apples
2/15/2015 Bf - 2 egg omelette plain with 2 strips bacon and 5 strawberries Lunch - (shared with pj) 1/4 roast chicken and 1/2 rack ribs dry - no sauces. Steamed assorted vegetables. Salad with red onion, cucumber, olive oil and balsamic Dinner - will update
