Looks pretty light on the protein and there's no healthy fat added. Are you eating two meals?

Thank you for evaluating - I need to prepare more so I can eat more meals. I usually only eat small stuff and dinner. I will get to store today and find some healthy fats!

Awesome...lead with protein. It keeps you full, burns fat and builds muscle!

Normally my daily diet also include gummy bears but for now I'm ok! Any suggestions for an energy drink - coffee and tea are not good with my stomach at all - is advocare spark ok? Or can I take a green tea pill?

Go to the GNC on Miracle Mile and ask for Gino. He's really knowledgable.
Watch all the fruit, but overall really good!

Didn't make it to gNC yet - so I suffered with 16 oz iced black tea plus tons of water
Breakfast: 2 pieces bacon and one grapefruit Snack: 10 almonds Lunch: salad with lettuce, 3 olives, onion, celery, cucumber and 3 tissue thin slice salami plus sprinkle of lemon, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar Dinner: 6 oz sole baked with lemon, oregano, and 1/8 tsp kerrygold butter Salad with lettuce celery onion green pepper and homemade dressing (1 egg yolk, tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano) used 1/2 tbsp Sweet potato mash (leftover from yesterday)
In hindsight. I think salami is bad? I don't actually even like It. But I did eat that salad surrounded by people eating pizza for lunch! And nobody is injured..

Depends on the salami. Many are highly processed, but you can find brands, like Applegate Farms, which is clean. Hard to tell at the restaurant, but you did your best in the situation - good job!
