Breakfast : Apple Lunch : 2 thin slices roast beef plus lettuce with a 1/2 tsp olive oil Snack: 10 cashews Dinner : 6 oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup sweet potato mash (coconut milk, 1/4 tsp kerrygold butter, cinammon) Snack: 5 strawberries, ice, egg whites, 1/4 cup coconut milk blender
(At horse show until Monday - so no crossfit, will try to run for some cardio over the weekend) Terrible breakfast - I will improve! I hate eating in the morning but I will do better.

Breakfast - grapefruit 3 pieces beef jerky Snack - 10 almonds Lunch - grilled hamburger patty plus lettuce and 1/8 tsp olive oil Snack - 3 pieces beef jerky Dinner- 6 oz homemade roast beef with onions, celery and carrots A ton of water and 16oz black tea Weak day - I did however resist a million horrible food and drink options at horse show - that has to count for something

12/31/2015 Breakfast - grapefruit and 1/2 grilled chicken breast with a bit ghee salt and pepper Lunch- 8oz hamburger patty with lettuce Snack - 10 almonds Dinner - salad with 1/4 chicken breast. Olive oil and balsamic (Ate a bit more than yesterday - terrible day at the horse show - fell off - I'm going to just eat my horse tomorrow for extra protein lol.... )

No! I feel very energized. Sweet potato with a little cinnamon are kind of like a "dessert".
Bf - grapefruit, 1 piece bacon - woke up late so lunch came Quickly lol.. Lunch - 6oz sirloin with ghee salt and pepper. Kale Snack - 1/4 sweet potato with 1/8 tsp kerrygold butter and cinnamon Dinner - chipotle salad - steak, lettuce, grilled onions, small amount guacamole

Missed protein at breakfast , running around a lot so didn't get much in between meals. But resisted bagels and cream cheese at real estate meeting!
Exercise - wod and rode one horse

Is this enough? I don't feel very hungry - I think I am eating more protein than I ever have! As weird as it was to have red meat for breakfast lol...

This looks good! I'd add some protein to the snack, but everything else is perfect.
