You did great! The gin had a minimal impact. You kept on track with food. Good job getting the workouts in, too.

Tuesday Mya 12...... Not a perfect day
AM: veal hot dogs with pickles and tomatoes and tea. I know weird combo....... Lunch: couple pies of ham, sausage and some Bulgarian feta cheese(amazing) and some cookies...... Ugh not worth it at all Dinner: ribs and Capri vegetables.....
Did go tot the gym- 1500 m row, 3/10 thrusters, lots of abs and stretching Can't wait to get back to my routine of my food Stomach not right.... Popping schedule not right.... LOL

May 13..... Hasn't been perfect AM: 2 scrambled eggs and sautéed spinach Lunch:, lunch meat and vegetable salad and orange Dinner: hamburger 2 nod capri vegetables and some chocolate. The good thing is I can stop when I want May 14....... Not clean either AM 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and slice of toast Lunch: lunch meat and vegetable salad and split a piece of cheese cake......... (((((( Dinner was pizza again but this time put my stomach knots..... Had beer too. Probably the culprit too. Hasn't been pretty since:( I have a rough couple of days with events going on. I will do the best. Haven't had time to work out the last 2 days because of stuff going on.
