So here is my macro calculator says: Grams per day 219.1-carbs, 84.1-protein, Fat 36.9, Fiber 38-48, Cal-1546 Grams per meal 73 carbs, 28.1 protein, 12.3 fat, 13-16 fiber, 515 calorie

Monday April 20 Am: 4 oz sausage/pepper/sweet potato and black coffee Lunch: 4 oz chicken salad and small Apple and black coffee Dinner: 4 oz spaghetti squash and 4 oz of pad Thai chicken.

I feel like it's going to be hard to get that many carbs in. And I would increase protein a bit. And fat a tad, too. If you send me your current weight, I can use my calculation and see what it says (there are a few ways to calculate). And we can figure out the best way to go.

Tuesday April 21 AM: 5 oz sausage/pepper/sweet potato concoction- last of it and black coffee Lunch: 5 oz Caesar egg salad and 2 oz sweet potato and black coffee Dinner: went to chiive and had a salad mixed with veggies, carrots, avocado, cukes, fresh salsa, fresh tuna and Paleo dressing
Felt better with 5 oz of food

Wednesday April 22
So got up later than 5 then drank black coffee and went straight to work on my patio fountain so skipped breakfast:( Late Lunch: 5 oz of chicken salad, fresh slices of tomatoes, mini pickles, and small bag of u roasted almonds Dinner: 4.5 oz of chile lime chicken burger deconstructed meaning no bun but wrapped with red lettuce and fresh veggies and can of Lacroix and fresh blackberries and blueberries. Did drink lots of water
Thursday April 23 AM: 4 oz of chicken salad 3 oz sweet potato and black coffee Lunch: salad with grilled onions/peppers, chicken, gauc and salsa Dinner: 4 oz egg salad, 3 oz sweet potato, and 3 oz of blackberries and blueberries mixed

Didn't fall off wagon....... Friday April 24 AM: 4 oz of chicken salad and 2 oz sweet potato and black coffee Lunch: 4'oz of egg salad and 3'strawberries PM: 4'oz of turkey chili mixed with squash, zucchini and red pepper with scoop of homemade gauc Small piece of corn bread to put in my chili. Much smaller than I'd have. Went to party and did not drink or overdue with cornbread. Made gauc
Saturday April 25 AM: 2 oz of roasted green beans with EVOO and 2 scrambled eggs Lunch: on the boat all day so ate at squid lips. Didn't trust fish so had a salad with grilled chicken and oil and vinegar. Thinking portion size was 4-5 oz. dinner: 4 oz spaghetti squash and 4 oz of chicken pad Thai with roasted cashews

AM: 2 slices of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs. Lunch: poolside yoga!!!!! Late lunch: 4 oz egg salad, 2 oz tomatoes, 3 oz blackberries/blueberries, and 3 oz sweet potato Dinner: 5 oz paleo chili- turkey/chicken sausage, zucchini, acorn squash

I sure did!!!! Lost another 2 lbs so total is 8!!!!!! I know this is a journey but I need to be strict right now for weight loss and overall health. Then I will consider 80/20 or so.,,,, never been successful at this. I keep trying
