May 4....,, struggled today. By afternoon I was salvating for something sweet. So here's what I did AM: 5 oz sausage/sweet potato concoction plus black coffee Lunch: eggplant parm w/o cheese. This is dense and portion size was 7 oz but barely filled me up so not happy with this meal. Won't make again Dinner: 5 oz London broil and 5 oz sautéed cabbage. I kept craving sugar so finally broke down and had a PB perfect bar. Might be my cycle. Maybe that's why I was up in weight too. Oh well. Any one reading my food log can have a chuckle:))))

You did fine! I am sure that's why your weight was elevated, too.

May 5, AM: 5 oz smoked sausage , sautéed in EVOO and 2 scrambled eggs Lunch: was interesting as I took the wrong container and basically ate about 4-5 oz of London broil and small Apple Dinner: sautéed broccoli with EVOO and London broil. Cleaning fridge....... Leaving tomorrow!!!!! I will be gone for 11 days. I will be working out. It will be hard to keep on strict diet like I have been but will try.

Food log when you are gone and stick to it! It's not always easy, but you know you will be glad you did!

May 6 AM: smoked sausage and 2 scrambled eggs with EVOO Skipped lunch. I had a shitty lunch break and didn't get a chance to eat. Had black coffee only Dinner pretty unadventful. I had the last smoked sausage and last egg in fridge and some heirloom tomatoes.

May 7 5 am snack- bag of almonds Am: my dad makes this egg think with smoked sausage and bacon. Half piece of rye toast Lunch was homemade tomato soup with boiled chicken and orange Dinner was the same. Had a caramel nip Had black tea with splash of milk- no sugar

BTW , my Dad is a big sugarholics so there's a lot of temptation in the house. I did stay strong today

May 9 Friday AM: 3 pieces of lean bacon, 2 eggs and couple slices of tomatoes, and black Lunch: couple slices of ham rolled with spinach and tomatoes Dinner: went out for pizza..... Done did it....... With vodka and splash of grapefruit. Not one but 2.......
When you ask is it worth it? At the time it does cuz I feel if I didn't then I would have over indulged. But when I compare the pizza to the nip and such..... Heck no it's not worth it. I'm trying to retrain my brain.
Went to the gym. Rowed twice for 1000m, thrusters, did lunges with 20 lb Dumbbells, bunch of planks, hollow body and superman. Figure I might as well work on my weakness
May 10 Saturday AM: 2 veal hotdogs with cucumber and tomatoes. Hoping because they came from polish store, they are healthier. LOL Lunch: bowl of tomato soup with boiled chicken Dinner: ribs, veggies, tomatoes and small baked potato with garlic/herb butter. And a small dessert. Need to stop with the small desserts. Also drinking black tea with splash of almond milk now
Went to gym and did 2000m row and again some lunges and lots of plank, reverse lunges. Going to keep things clean today. Wish me luck. It's a mind game which I've lost in the past

May 11.... Better day AM: 1 pork hot dog and small red potatoes and black coffee No lunch realized that but snack was blood orange Dinner: went to Italian restaurant for Momma's day. I had a salad with Italian dressing. Dinner was sliced tomatoes, sautéed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms with marina sauce. Came with pasta but I asked for roasted potatoes. Ate everything except some potatoes but portion size wasn't too bad. Not stuffed leaving restaurant

Yes should of said slices sausage except sliced tomatoes. I know that marina has sugar in it but did the best I could.
May 11 Early breakfast and early gym. Had 2 slices of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs and half avocado and small red tomatoes.
Early lunch: 2 veal hot dogs with spicy mustard and 1/2 avocado and tomatoes.
Plan to shop today so planned to eat early. Probably get coffee later til dinner. Keep ya posted
Gym today was 1500m row, 5/5 reps front squats, 5/10 sets dumbbell snatch, lunges, and bunch of abs- plank, hollow body and superman!!!!'

Dinner was out had grilled chicken with broccoline with bruschetta tomatoes on bed of rice. Didn't eat the rice. But the downfall was the hendrick's gin with muddled cucumbers:( that I had.......
