Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 avacado, 1 green apple Snack: 12 raw pistachios, about an hour or so later I had 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 avacado Lunch: 4 oz rotisserie chicken, 1/2 plain baked potato, 6 green olives Dinner: 4 oz rotisserie chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 cup fresh green beans, 1 strip bacon 3/4 gallon water

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 avacado, 1/2 baked sweet potato- plain Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 small green apple, 2 tbsp almond butter Lunch: 4 oz plain rotisserie chicken, 1/4 avacado, half sweet potato-plain Snack: 3 slices boars head turkey, 6 green olives Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli

2 hard boiled egg whites, 6 olives, half baked sweet potato-plain 8 oz Natalie's oj 2 hard boiled egg whites, 8-10 slices of cucumber Woody's restaurant- grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing 2 tbsp, 6 croutons & one Kind bar for a snack 3 slices boars head turkey, 6 olives 4 oz grilled chicken, half sweet potato with Kerry gold butter (wasnt super hungry) 3/4 gal water

Decent day. ust know that when you're trying to lose weight, the croutons, sugary OJ, etc can add up if this becomes a daily thing. Save it for something worthwhile 1-2 times a week.

2 egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled, 1 strip bacon, 1/2 English muffin 3 slices turkey breast, 1 small green apple, 8 cucumber slices 1 hard boiled egg white, 1 tbsp almond butter 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/4 sweet potato with butter, 1/2 cup green beans 1 thin slice of cheese cake 3/4 gal water
Overall goal is to clean up my food, eat more balanced meals. Losing weight would be a plus as well. I am trying to stay honest logging everything, and realize cheese cake isn't the best choice but it was for Father's Day. Starting Monday I will cut out dairy and sugars.

You could definitely eat more carbs. The 1/2 sweet potato is the only starchy carb you had, so add some more. Are you hungry?
