5/1/2015 Lunch Steamed tilapia with onions peppers Mashed sweet potato with cinnamon and 1/2 tsp butter Snack 1 square dark chocolate 1/2 apple Dinner Roast potatoes with celery carrot onion and 1/2 piece chopped bacon 4oz sirloin
I haven't been eating breakfast bc by the time I get me and Tallulah going - it's pretty much lunch!

As long as you are eating enough, I'm OK with you m issuing breakfast. So, increase portions.

So my Saturday I had 1/2 a perfect bar and then vodka for lunch... It was Titos that should count for something!

Need to go grocery shopping - hence not much to eat in the day! Only have toddler food left..
5/6/2015 Am snack 1 cup lentil soup Lunch Sirloin sliced stir fry with onion pepper celery carrot and tamarin - I do like this tastes the same! Snack Grapefruit Dinner Steamed shrimp with onions peppers garlic Zucchini spaghetti (zucchini as noodles)

Looks good. I'd cut down on the beans. Once in awhile they are fine, but can be problematic (like gluten). Go shopping!

Fun running into you guys Sat! I'm feeling good except weekends are tough - I usually end up of course for a meal. And I need to get more exercise - three days a week isn't enough. Here's what happened over the weekend Sat Am 3 slicesBacon Grapefruit Lunch 6oz sirloin stir fry with onions peppers tamarin and 1 egg Snack About 1 cup roast sweet and reg potatos Dinner Steamed shrimp with zucchini spaghetti Treat Cider at OIB Sun Lunch Steamed tilapia with onions peppers lemon oregano Snack 15 almonds/mixed nuts Fruit smoothie - peach, strawberry blackberry blended with ice Here's where things go off course.., Dinner - marsh landing fried chicken And then dessert (I blame pj) peanut butter pie.
