4/22/2015 Am/early lunch 1 egg 6oz pork chop Snack Green apple 10 almonds Dinner Skirt steak with onions peppers over romain lettuce Black beans with onions peppers cilantro (homemade) 1/2 red wine 1/2 lacroix glass 1 clementine
Are beans ok in moderation? Out with a client all day - I hate eating in front of clients - need to get better with this so my food intake is more spread out

Beans are OK in moderation. They can irritate your gut, so just take note of how you feel after you eat them.

I forgot to ask - what is the story with corn? I know it raises glycemic index but is it ok in moderation? I can do without it if it's no good!

If I'm going to eat something with no nutritional value - I would rather have gummy bears! I still miss my old bear friends..

Still looking good. Swap out soy sauce for tamari (you can find it in the Asian aisle at Publix). Tastes exactly the same, but to soy. Coconut amines would be even better (at Healthway).
