still looks like such lithe food. Two "real food meals"...you'd have to eat 12 oz. of meat at each sitting at I doubt you are. And there is little carbs. I really think you need to research what endurance athletes need from a Paleo standpoint and track. It will make a difference in your body composition and performance.
