Post wod: paleo protein mixture with cinn. Breakfast: 1/3 cup scrambled egg whites, spoon full of salsa, 4 black olives 1/2 cup steamed broccoli Snack: 3 pieces of boars head low sodium turkey, 1strip bacon Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 sweet potato with a small amount of Kerry gold butter, 1/2 cup broccoli Snack: almond butter Dinner: 4 oz rotisserie chicken plain, 1 strip bacon, half sweet potato plain 1 gallon water

Breakfast: 1/3 cup egg white omelette stuffed with half baked sweet potato and I strip bacon, 1/2 cup cooked sliced white mushrooms Snack: 1 small naval orange, 12 raw almonds Lunch: 4 slices of boars head chicken low sodium cut up on a salad (2 cups) with raw veggies, 1 hard boiled egg white, 5 green olives, oil and vinegar dressing Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 strip bacon, 5 slices cucumber Dinner: 4 oz grilled chicken, 5 green olives, 1/2 sweet potato plain 1/2 gallon water

Hi, I finally made it back. I will be trying for another 30 days clean eating. Today, I took a 8 hour Crossfit for law enforcement course which was led by Greg Amundson. It was seminar and workout based for 8 hours. My legs are so sore already!
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 strip bacon, 1 medium green apple Lunch: 4 slices Boars Head turkey in a Paleo wrap with a 2 cups of Express salad with Italian dressing 1 tbsp Post workout: 1 progenix choc Shake with water Dinner: ground turkey with puréed grn pepper and zucchini in tomato sauce, 2 cups express salad with Italian dressing 1 tbsp, 1 strip bacon Snack: pb perfect bar... A whole one... 1 gallon of water

I've taken Greg's goal-setting course. He's awesome!
If you don't want to do 30 days strict, I'm fine with that. I'd love to focus on "real life" and how you incorporate these eating habits on a 80-90% basis and work in a few indulgences to stay sane, socialize, etc.
Don't be afraid of carbs! Everything looks good.

April 12,2015 Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/3 avacado, 4 strawberries Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 strip bacon Lunch: ground turkey with tomato sauce and zucchini in a paleo wrap Snack: 12 raw almonds Dinner: 1/2 of Chive grilled chicken salad w/bacon with paleo dressing Snack: 1/2 almond perfect bar 1 gallon of water I need to kick sugar again... So shooting for 21-30 days of clean eating. After that I'll try to eat 80/20.

If you're doing no sugar for 21 days, then the Perfect bars are out since they have lots of honey. Do Rx Bars instead.

Snack: almond butter 2 tbsp 1 gallon of water

I realize those wings aren't exactly considered clean eating....I literally was in a crappy mood the sec half of the day and which led me to order the wings. It didn't make me feel better by any means. Lol shooting for a better day Wed

The wings themselves are fine, it's the sauces, but, moving on... it's good to learn what is and isn't "worth it" and how emotions can lead to poor decisions. Good for you for acknowledging that!
