I'd love to see another meal. The post-wod meal is a "bonus meal". You have different needs than the people just doing a crossfit workout a day. Eat!

was the apple and plantain chips eaten alone? If so, you need to add protein to them. That would make a nice 3rd meal.

The race was good. The majority of the race was into the wind so that was a bit challenging

Looks good. Would you say your protein sizes are at least 6 ounces? More like 8+ for the fish?
