water
LUNCH: Spinach salad with walnuts, shredded carrots, sm can of tuna in water water
SNACK: 2 adele italian sausage
DINNER: 2 pieces pork tenderloin broccolini sweet potato mash water

Looking good. Great job on the protein. You could add a tad more carb, I think. Maybe some sweet potato with your "12 little carrots." I know all your tri-traiing takes a toll! And more vegetables wouldn't kill you either!

Did you do a post-wod meal yesterday? If not, add one with a carb + protein. It looks like you could eat more overall.

yes. ate dinner as soon as i got home. I am feeling full after each meal. i should not eat more than 1 cup of nuts per day right

I cup of nuts is a lot. More like 1 or 2 handfuls. Use healthy oils, avocado, olives, coconut, etc. to vary your fats. You're not eating much carb. Add at least another serving. And quit reading Gary's food log and getting jealous about my comments.

lunch Spinach salad with tuna, carrots, walnuts and egg bowl of sweet potato, sausage and carrot soup (left over)
water w/nuun preworkout
dinner right after workout Baked Snapper, green beans, jasmine rice water
