My lovely wife does the majority of the cooking. I help out with the grill and breakfast every now and again. But Ju decides what we eat for the most part.

Looks good. I guess you tolerate dairy well? Make sure ether cheese is high quality...raw or whole milk dairy is best

It doesn't bother me too much, but I don't normally have dairy. That meal was from a little Mom and Pop place I eat from sometimes. I didn't realize there was cheese in the Ground Beef until I was eating it.

It's called The S & S on N Depot Drive downtown Fort Pierce. Different menu each day, real food. Gluten Free and Dairy Free options.
