That's amazing! So happy to hear this! Thank you, it is pretty amazing! Am- potato pie made with eggs and potatoes cooked in olive oil with water. Snack- apple and water. Lunch- tilapia with potato pie and water. Dinner- chicken and with potato pie and water.

Make sure to eat protein with the smoothie Am- 3 pieces of rolled up chicken breast with half of an orange and raw pumpkin seeds and water. Snack- other half of orange Lunch/ steak with w salad with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and sunflower seeds with olive oil balsamic dressing with water. Dinner- rotisserie chicken with a sweet potato and ghee butter with water.

Am- roast beef rolled up with a peach and raw pumpkin seed with water. Snack- carrots and water. Lunch- one in a half boiled egg with a little mustard and carrots with water. Dinner- brisket with mushrooms and potatoes with water.

Am- breakfast smoothie made with strawberries (frozen & organic), shredded coconut, and almond milk and 2 pieces of chicken breast. Lunch- leftover brisket, potatoes and mushrooms with water. Dinner- veal stew with carrots and potatoes and water. I know I'm getting down to my last 2 days with this challenge, what happens after? Tuesday is my last day.

After the 30 days, you continue to eat like this the vast majority of the time. You can work in 2-3 indulgences (not entire cheat days) per week. If you'd still like to log your food for accountability, I will be happy to continue reviewing.
