How are you feeling? Do you feel properly fueled throughout the day? Cramp gone? Sleeping well? Yes feeling great actually, the cramp is gone, I'm fueled through the day and sleeping good too. I had so much engery yesterday I woke up an hour than I was suppose too and it was really early. I'll see you tonight at the 5:30pm class.

I had so much engery yesterday I woke up an hour than I was suppose too and it was really early. I'll see you tonight at the 5:30pm class. Lunch- 2 pork chops in tomato sauce with onions and water. Snack- fruit bowl with water. Dinner- chopped chicken with tomato sauce and cucumber with balsamic olive oil dressing with water.

did you have breakfast? Also, if you can try and add protein to your snack.

Am- 4 pieces of roast beef rolled up with cucumber and balsamic olive oil dressing and water. Snack- 2 pieces of rolled up turkey with an apple and water Lunch- chopped turkey in tomato sauce, handful of almonds and water. Dinner- 3 pieces of rolled up roast beef with sweet potato and ghee butter. My orginal dinner didn't taste very good, so i went with something quick and easy.

Looks good. Do you like to cook? If so, take some time looking up paleo recipes or borrow one of the cookbooks we have at the gym. And on a day off, whip up some food so you don' get bored.

Okay thanks I'll borrow one on Monday. Am- 3 pieces of rolled up turkey, with a little organic mustard and an apple with water. Lunch- hamburger (no bun) with sautéed mushroom & spinach with water. Dinner- grilled chicken with baby carrots made with ghee butter and cinnamon and a cucumber with organic balsamic olive oil dressing & water.

Good! I just don't want to you get bored! I'll be okay, but I'll definitely get a book on Monday for sure. Am- an omelet with turkey and mushrooms sea salt and organic pepper made with ghee butter and a slice of watermelon with water. Lunch- spaghetti squash with pesto and tomato sauce, 2 pieces of roast beef rolled up and raw pumpkin seeds with water. Dinner- roast beef with potatoes and ghee butter with sea salt and pepper with water.

So I got some cook books and I'm gonna make some stuff out of it so I don't get bored. Am- 2 pieces of turkey rolled up with little organic mustard, cucumber with olive oil balsamic dressing and raw pumpkin seeds with water. Snack- an apple and water. Lunch- roast beef with steamed carrots with ghee butter and a little cinnamon, spaghetti squash with pesto sauce and water. Dinner- grilled chicken Cooked in olive oil, sweet potato with ghee butter and a salad with balsamic olive oil dressing and water.

Lunch- grilled chicken with a salad and balsamic olive oil dressing and sunflower seeds with water. Dinner- grilled chicken salad with tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, onions and sunflower seeds with balsamic olive oil dressing and a sweet potato with ghee butter and water.

good job...try and work in some starchy carbs. Starchy foods such as potatoes and what else? Am- roast beef with cherry tomatoes and raw pumpkin seeds with water. Snack- Apple Lunch- half of a salad with chicken, carrots sunflower seeds and balsamic olive oil dressing with a paleo smoothie made with blueberries, strawberries, coconut and almond milk and water
