Hi Andonia! Thanks for logging your food. Here is my feedback:
- You aren't eating nearly enough food overall. Eat protein (meat, chicken, eggs or fish) each time you eat. It will help you burn fat and build muscle. Along with that, a healthy carb (usually a vegetable or starchy whole food carb like sweet potato) and a healthy fat (nuts, olives, healthy oils, avocado, coconut, etc.). You need to be properly fueled or your body will essentially be in starvation mode and your metabolism all jacked up!
- Jordan almonds - aren't those the almonds covered in sugar? Nix those completely.
Do you need the nutrition information emailed to you again? What can I do to help?

Better than the day before. Look over the food lists in the packet I gave you. Try for more variety so you don't feel deprived. Eat a real breakfast! Don't be afraid of good food - don't starve yourself, just make good choices.

Should I do a cleanse to get my metobolism and body to respond better to my new diet?? What do You do if You have "cheated' on Your diet???

Hey there,
You aren't "getting it" - the bagel - BAD! NO GRAINS. They cause inflammation and make your insulin spike, causing you to hold onto fat. The rest of the day was good.
No cleanse. If you eat right, you don't need one. Those are just temporary fixes. You will detox by eating right for a month.
Miami: limit alcohol, eat as healthy as possible. Don't cheat with food if you are going to have cocktails.
When you get back, let's sit down and talk. I feel like you don't understand what you should/shouldn't eat. We can discuss as well as what you like and don't like. You're putting in the time in the gym, so let's dial in your nutrition...it's bikini season!
