That's awesome! It will pay off. Charlie sells a Paleo brand of protein. But, if you can tolerate whey protein, that's one non-paleo thing I don't mind you using in order to get enough protein in each day.

FYI, back is 100% fine now. Drove to WPB and back no problem. I'll be in the gym tomorrow. Been a crazy work week. Diet is going very well. Proud of myself for not giving in to convenience.

B: eggs and sausage with couple pieces of fruit. water
L: Chicken chop salad with balsamic dressing. Iced tea
S: Mixed nuts
D: grilled mahi with salad. Oil and vinegar dressing

Portion sizes are probably normal. 3-14-15: B: eggs and bacon and little OJ L: Pulled pork, sweet potato and iced tea. D: same as lunch (on the run and getting ready for a party at our house) Party: had about 4 mixed drinks, and some artichoke dip Water before bed

For a few days, can you be a little more specific with amounts?
Like how many eggs? What was in the salad? Handful of nuts or a container of nuts? How much bacon?

I feel good overall. I bought Progenex to take after the harder workouts and will get some endurox to take after the others.
Overall I think I've done very well. No cokes, junk food, bread, or late night eating. A few nights I've had 1 glass of wine. One night I had a few mixed drinks. Other than that, very clean eating
