Strawberries and one banana WOD at 7am Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, hash brown, black coffee, OJ
Lunch: meatloaf and veggies. Side salad with oil and vinegar iced tea unsweet
Snack: mixed nuts and water

AWESOME! I'm assuming the meatloaf was homemade and no breadcrumbs? If not, just skip that next time and go for meat. Off to a great start!

Breakfast: eggs and sausage. Black coffee
Lunch: 2 hotdogs Apple brand. Avocado and fruit. Water.
Snack: hard boiled egg and water.
Dinner: filet mignon, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and carrots. 2 glasses red wine.
Water and mixed nuts

L: Tuna, mixed with red onion, lemon juice, and avocado. Iced tea
Couple Greek peppers
D: grilled chicken breast and Brussel sprouts. Water

Good job! Don't skimp on the good carbs, especially pin training days. And make sure you eat enough (not sure what your portion sizes look like). You ate Brussels sprouts!
