Preworkout: RX Bar Postworkout: Progenex tropical vanilla shake
Breakfast: 2 mini sausage links, 2 egg omelette with onion, bacon, peppers apple, handful of cashews
Lunch: Salad with 3 oz chopped steak, onions, tomatoes, peppers, vinegar & oil
Snack: handful almonds, 2 pieces beef jerkey
Dinner: Large baked chicken breast. 8-10 oz, cauliflower rice, dinner salad with carrot, vinegar oil, apple, tangerine

I'd love to see a carb with the shake post-workout. Also, some other carbs in general (besides more fruit).
