Meal 1
Black coffee and two bananas from 7/11 Not good I know but everyone else was downing chick fil a.
Meal 2 Large bowl of bean free chili
Meal 3 1/2 rack of ribs carrots and brocalli

Saturday Meal 1 Found a bowl of butternut squash lasagna leftovers. Meal 2 3/4 lb of pulled pork with veggies Did have some BBQ sauce "hang my head" It is pretty legit stuff but probably outside challenge rules Attachments:

Sunday
Mini hamburgers wrapped with romaine lettuce and tomatoes lots veggies from veggie tray
A cup of butternut squash lasagna
6oz grilled chicken with 1/2 sweet potato
Monday
Finished the rest of the butternut squash lasanga post work out
1/2 rotisserie chicken with zucchini and 1/2 sweet potato
Paleo chicken Marsala with lots of mushrooms at dinner and some strawberries

2 eggs 2 bacon 1 banana
6oz chicken Marsala lots of mushrooms
A bowl and half of spaghetti squash probably had 6 oz of beef and some mixed veggies

Wednesday 14 hour workday? Just ate leftovers through out the day when ever I had a sec 1 bowl of spaghetti squash and 1 apple with almond butter 6 oz of chicken Marsala mushrooms and a banana 6 oz of ground pork with some carrots and celery when I got home

Ugh...still not eating enough. You have to pack more food! You know your days will be long, so plan accordingly.

Ya I end up being hangry a lot I have Sunday off so I will regroup then.
Meal 1
4oz of chicken a banana and 4 scoops of almond butter
Meal 2
6 oz of London broil with 1/2 sweet potato
Dinner from publix 8 oz of shredded pork and some baby carrots

Ok so I made like a gallon of paleo chili
3lbs of beef a few boxs of crused tomatoes lots of onions and green peppers lots of chili and cayenne powder should have enough to eat for lunch most of the week.
I got more eggs and avocados and chicken breast for the week. Should be good there .
Meal 1 black coffee and chicken thighs cooked in franks hot sauce with a banana and lots of almond butter
Meal 2 had a large bowl of chili probably 6 oz of beef

Meal 2 oversized bowl of chili
Snack 1/2 avocado threw the other half out it was not ripe
Diner mixed veg and 8 oz of chicken

Did not make it it the gym this morning to beat from yesterday's shift so I walked 2.0 miles with the kiddos got in 20 pull-ups and 10 minutes of dumbbell work. Will be in gym tomorrow . Currently making a big chuck roast to eat for lunches the rest of the week Attachments:
