Breakfast : 3 scrambled eggs with mushrooms , tomato , hot peppers , 4oz ham and 1/2 avocado lunch: kale salad with roasted sguash , avocado , blackened chicken , brussel sprouts and lemon juice dinner: grilled salmon with asparagus and roasted beets. 12 almonds

Protein shake after wod 4 egg whites omelet with mushrooms , bacon , hot peppers , onions and 6 cherry tomatoes , 1/2 avocado lunch: roast beef wrap. green leaf lettuce , tomato , avocado , scallions , red bell peppers , 6oz roast beef Dinner; 6 oz roasted chicken breast , steamed cauliflower and broccoli. 12 cashews
