B - 2eggs, 1/2 chicken apple sausage, 1/2 of plantain fried in coconut oil. Brocoli
L - 2 paleo wraps (coconut from healthy was) with about 3 oz of boars head turkey in each and 4 bite size carrots on them. 3 unbreaded chicken wings. ( was on the boat the whole day.) (no alcohol lol that was hard)
Handful of sweet potatoe chips the terra kind.
D - (out to dinner) couple pieces of seared ahi tuna, big spinach salad with bacon bits, egg, red onion and grilled chicken. balsamic vinaigrette (which might have been not the best choice but they had no plain stuff)
I think I ate a lot... I was really scared I would be hungry on the boat and eat something bad. Lol

4-2 2 eggs lots of veggies sautéed (peppers onions asparagus) in evoo...3 pieces of very thin bacon L - Bonos ( at least 6 0z cooked sliced turkey steam broccoli, half of small sweet potatoe) a few slices of turkey with hard salami spinach wrapped up mustard d - 4 oz of steak (I got gypped the last one to the steak asparagus. left over 8 small shrimp in coconut milk. coffee with unsweetened almond milk, and unsweet tea and water is what I usually drink.

4-3 B - 2 eggs, onions, chicken apple sausage and 2 slices of fried plantain in coconut oil (we cut the plaintain in half then quarters.) so just 2 quarters L- paleo wrap turkey tomatoes spinach, crystal hot sauce D - 2 stuffed peppers ground beef mixed with venison onions garlic, I found a sauce that has nothing bad in it....ok the kicker is I had graded parmesean cheese on it and about 4 oz of wine tonight... it was a special occasion tonight and we had a bunch of people over. So I saved it for tonight. 2 dates with almonds for desert..everyone else was eating cupcakes LOL..... Actually finally sleeping better at night again and my cravings are subsiding!! YEAH.... Just gotta keep going.

4-4 B - omlette with spinach, bacon, mushrooms L - leftover stuffed pepper, venison/groundbeef. tomatoe sauce with all good stuff. 2 salami, turkey(no nitrates) spinach wraps with mustard D - sumo house (red curry thai) had shrimp, chicken, pineapples, peppers and bamboo(not so sure about those) only had a little bit of those.
I had read in someone elses post some ideas of what you can eat at Sumo House but couldn't remember.
4-5 B - 2 eggs, 2 pieces of nitrate free bacon, spinach L - Bonefish had 5 bang bang shrimp...I really tried not to eat those but our food took over an hour. 8 oz burger cooked, avacodo, mustard, piece of bacon. side leafy salad with balsamic vinegar D - 2 egg omelette with lots of veggies and a piece of no nitrates bacon cut up in the omlette.
I know I have some things not exactly perfect but I am finally feeling good about my control I want to be able to eat something and not want a ton of it. I want to be able to enjoy a paleo cookie and not want to eat a bunch of them. I am not raging hungry anymore. My cravings are subsiding. This little bit of help is a relief..I was feeling out of control... Kids are back in school this week. I want to try to choose leaner meats. Man Sugar does a number on me.

4-6 B - egg soufflé, eggs, sundried tomatoes, peppers onions, etc. L - turkey paleo wrap with avacodo, tomatoes, spinach, balsamic vinegar handful of almonds 1 small sweet potato right before workout D - about 6 oz of fresh caught mahi with broccoli
4-7 B - left over egg soufflé L - Not so good at lunch today... took so long at the chiropractor hours. Had to grab something. Ordered a salad they forgot to take the cheese off by the time it came I didn't care. Ok so unbreaded buffalo shrimp appetizer. Big salad with chicken avocado, bacon, tomoatoes, red onion,egg. balasamic vinegarette. tried to pick out the cheddar cheese there wasn't that much in there.
S - Banana right before the workout (should I have had a protein with it despite being right before a workout or was that ok?)
D - (amazing paleo dinner my daughter made.) marinated chicken in limejuice, coconut milk, curry, coconut aminos. grilled about 6-8 oz. asparagus and small sweet potatoe. She also made a paleo desert.... 4 quarter size balls of macadamian nut made into a cookie dough texture ( had honey vanilla extract)coconut flakes. they were froze. Delicious!
I am feeling today wasn't such a good day. I think I might have had too many carbs today. But I am down about 3 pounds. A little slower cause I am not super strict but it is working.

Banan before the workout without protein is fine.
And don't be afraid of carbs! I think it all looks good.
