Hi All,
Most of you are really doing well! Hopefully the hard part is over for those who experienced some detox symptoms. Now that you're getting the hang of it, I am going to look to have some of you tighten things up more. These are:
- Those who want to drop weight, no more than one serving of fruit per day, no excuses. - Also, watch the nut consumption and vary your fats. - If you are tracking your macros - hit them! The success will come with precision and consistency. Plan ahead. - Lead with protein! Every time you eat, there should be a protein source in there.
Great work everyone, let's see this through to the end and build those lifetime habits.
