I dont normally eat regular potatoes anyway...but out of curiousity...are we allowed them on the challenge? Like a baked potato or cut up red skin potatoes?

You are. I usually suggst for people who are having issues meeting carb goals, endurance athletes or CrossFitters doing 2-a-days. So, use sparingly!

Okay. Was going to order some red skin potatoes last night at dinner to substitute for something (there werent many choices) but instead doubled up on my broccoli which was so much better.
