01/30/2015 Breakfast: dido, midmorning snack: 2 hard boiled eggs. Lunch: Left over tilapia, apple w/almond butter. Late afternoon snack 2 slices boars head ham. Dinner: Chinese beef and broccoli in brown sauce (no rice). Lots of water

Brown sauce is most likey full of sugar, corn starch,etc. most time Chinese food sauces are pretty bad. Unless you made it?

1/31/15 Banana post WOD, Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/remaining fish I had left over, v-8. Snack: 1/4c mixed nuts and 1/2 small chicken breast. Dinner: I attempted spaghetti squash (its a work in progress) w/steamed vegies and smashed sweet potatoes (about 1 cup). lots of water

Congrats on the Rx! Add some protein with the post wod banana. Did you have some protein with dinner too?

2/1/2015 Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/avocado, snack: apple Lunch: chicken breast (Rotisserie chicken) with salad o/v dressing. Late afternoon 1/4c mixed nuts. Dinner: Cesar salad w/fish o/v dressing. Super bowl snack will be another apple w/almond butter. lots of water

Looks good. Would love to see more diversity and just one serving of fruit and almond butter.

ok, Almond butter is only once a day, will cut out the extra apple. Working on diversity, I'm a pretty boring eater anyway

2/2/15 Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/glass of v-8. No morning snack! Lunch: grilled chicken drumsticks (3), small salad w/sunflower seeds o/v, snack apple w/almond butter. Post WOD handful mixed nuts. Dinner: lean burger, lettuce as a bun, 3/4c of smashed sweet potatoes. Lots of water

Nice work. I'd add a little fat to breakfast and lunch, especially if you are feeling a bit hungry.
