1/23/15 breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs (2 whites, 1 whole) w/v-8. Lunch 3 oz. of tuna lightly seasoned, 1/4c mixed nuts, small apple, snack @4:00 small bowl chilli with lean beef, diced tomatoes. Dinner: 1 chicken breast and leg (baked), 3 small beef ribs and a salad with o/v. lots of water throughout the day.
1/2415 breakfast: dido. snack apple, Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1/4c mixed nuts and another apple, Dinner: steak seasoned pork burger with green beans. Lots of water and also had coconut water.

so far so good. try to keep to one fruit a day (maybe two if one is post-wod)

What's on the label? I would imagine it's got sweetener or something artificial.

1/26/2015 Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, one serving v-8 juice (low sodium), late morning snack: 1/4c mixed nuts, lunch: 3 oz. of tuna seasoned with small apple w/almond butter. Dinner: grilled chicken, sweet potato and mixed green salad (left overs from last night) water throughout the day

1/27/15 Breakfast: scrambled eggs with peppers and glass of v-8, Lunch: chicken breast, 1/2 baked sweet potato, apple w/almond butter. Mid day snack 1/4 cup mixed nuts. Dinner: Lean beef burger with steamed mixed vegies. Water throughout the day.

Food choices are great, but as we discussed, I'd love to see some variety. Maybe this weekend you can cook bathes of food to have on hand for the week.

that is my intention. I am actually looking forward to trying some new things. I feel pretty good this week, no real cravings for sweets
