Should there be an adjustment with our calories/macros if were trying to lose weight on days we dont train? For example...i calculated my numbers at 1635 calories per day...100g protein, 100g carbs, and 92g fat Should i just stay at that every day? Or adjust for the days i rest? ? Thanks

You can eat the same. If you feel you aren't as hungry, only lower fat and carbs. Keep protein the same.
