Meal1 6oz chicken thighs with banana
Meal2
1/2 bowl of chili
Meal 3 Probably 10oz or more of pot roast with carrots onions and sweat potatoes

Meal 1 8oz of chicken any hot sauce microwave bag of mixed veg and a sweet potato
Meal 2
8oz of chuck roast with all the veggies and juice from the croc pit Dessert almond butter on a banana.

6 oz of left over meat loaf and 2 boxs of raisins
Snack bandana and almond butter
Meal 2 most of a Walmart rotisserie chicken and raw veggies from a party tray and then finished up the almond butter. I need to cut back on it but seems to be all that gives me satisfaction lately
