Meal1
3 eggs and a banana 8 oz of water Handful of almonds
Meal 2
3/4 of a pound of beef with green chillies and onions cooked in to it and some taco spices.
Day 2

Yea defiantly just eating what I could find at the house.... Getting a plan together now. Day 2
Meal 1
3 egg omelette with 1/4 pound of beef, and lots of peppers onions and mushrooms
2 pieces of bacon

A pile of Sausage and onions and peppers with some grilled chicken ate till I was full

A "pile" of sausage - LOL! Some more variety on the vegetables would be great. And don't be afraid of good carbs.

Mixed greens, carrots, half an Avacado, 1 egg 6oz of rotisserie chicken with some hot sauce
Meal 3 4 oz ground beef sautéed mushrooms carrots peppers with some marinara sauce. Will have leftover portion for lunch
Banana and handful of almonds
Walked two miles

Salad with lots of veggies oil and vinegar and leftover beef veggie marinara from last night about a cup and half worth
Big bowl of spaghetti squash and beef with marinara

Some have been substantial and some not just grabbing what I can out out of the fridge before work. Must days this week have been 13 hours so not home at all to really prep. Next week will be better.
Meal1
Some left over hamburger meat and a banana
Meal 2
Roasted chicken breast 6oz carrots and brocalli and 1/2 sweet potato.
Meal3 8 oz of chicken franks hot sauce. salad 1/2 Avacado all the veggies olive oil and vinager

This day looks better in terms of amounts. Keep it up and definitely plan for next week!
