PRE WOD Banana and water POST WOD Protein shake with spinach and a few blueberries. BREAKFAST Blueberry RX bar and a large cup of black coffee. LUNCH 6 oz chicken breast and vegetables. SNACK Handfull of almond nuts, bolied egg, cup of hot tea (no milk). DINNER Grass fed minced beef chili con carne with cauliflower rice.

BREAKFAST Boiled egg, 4 sliced of organic chicken, handfull of wallnuts mixed with almonds, cup of hot tea (no milk). LUNCH Left over Chili con carne from yesterday. SNACK Handfull of almonds and a avacado. DINNER Organic roast whole turkey, brussel sprouts, carrots.

PRE WOD Banana and water POST WOD Protein shake made with coconut water and one whole sweet potatoe (yummy!). BREAKFAST 5 slices of organic turkey slices with a boiled egg and a handfull of wallnuts. LUNCH 4 strips of bacon, tomatoe, lettuce, avacado. DINNER Chicken curry with cauliflower rice.

SUNDAY
BREAKFAST Cooked english breakfast, 6 bacon, 3 eggs, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, heinz baked beans in tomotoe sauce (its a brit thing!), cup of tea (no milk). LUNCH Banana, avacado, chicken slices, handfull of almonds. DINNER grilled fillet mignon 8oz steak, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, home made gravy with vegetable broth.

I will, its not too far off what Helen & i eat anyway before we started the challenge. She will only buy organic produce and we buy from Christina Horne the fresh basket produce every two weeks as a top up of fresh veg etc, we have been doing this for probably a year or so now. We see it as our way of health insurance for the long term. We never eat packaged meals or processed foods. We only buy organic chicken and grass fed beef also. I have now reduced my fruit intake and have moved on to eat more sweet potatoe etc. Thank you Wendy for all of your professional advice , I have enjoyed the challenge. Cheers.
