yES I DO SEE SOME , CANT WAIT TO DO THE BODY FAT RETEST AND SEE THE ACTUAL NUMBERS bREAKFAST: 3 eggs w/3 slices bacon , 8 cherry tomatoes , cucumbers and 1/2 avocado Lunch : spinach and kale salad with grilled mahi , roasted squash ,grilled zucchini , lemon juice and 1/2 avocado Dinner : 6 oz roasted chicken with roasted beets , brussel sprouts and 12 cashews

Protein shake after WOD Breakfast:4 egg whites scrambled,5oz low sodium turkey , mushrooms , onions , hot peppers. 1/2 avocado Lunch : roasted chicken with cauliflower and spring mix , lemon juice. 1/2 avocado Dinner : turkey lettuce wrap 6 oz turkey breast , romaine lettuce , tomato , onion , grilled asparagus , 12 cashews
