Does anyone have a good successful paleo pancake recipe? There are lots out there but I am looking for a tried successful recipe. We have a tradition of doing pink pancakes for dinner on Valentines Day with the kiddos and I don't want to miss out Thanks Heather

The ones I've tried that I like best use a banana as the "base". And that way, you don't really need syrup because the banana make it sweet. Check out PaleOMG. or Civilized Caveman. or Health-Bent.
You could be super paleo and use a little beet juice to make them pink.

You are correct. If there isn't a lot of honey in the recipe, just omit. I find that the recipes that have a banana in it don't even need honey, so try one of those vs. the ones with just almond flour.

here is one I like- one banana mashed, 2T almond butter, one egg. . This serves one
The trick to making paleo pancakes is to let them cook a while on the first side, otherwise they break when you turn them over. You may need to lower the heat a bit. Sometimes I throw some berries in the batter.

I like that one too. I find that using an electric beater is better than mashing
