So, I just learned who was playing in the Super Bowl and it goes on WAY past my bed dime, but I still like to make those party foods. So, here's what's on the menu for dinner tonight:
- I marinated chicken wings in mustard, olive oil and spices and will drill them - I also rubbed some ribs yesterday (FYI: Fresh Market has buy a lb, get a lb free through today) and will grill those, too. - Tostones (plantains friend in coconut oil) with some guacamole - For vegetables, I will probably make some cabbage or brussels sprouts and then also have leftovers for my lunches over the next few days.

Happy to hear your "Drill" your wings, a little violent don't you think We are doing bacon meatballs, wings seasoned with garlic, onion powder, seasalt, pepper, then baked, Frank is not home to grill them! I am making Guacamole to dip veggies in but I have to get some new tomatoes, the ones from the farmers market tasted funny. Oh and making carrot fries, my favorite...
