It sounds completely wrong. I am sure things will get better as time goes on.... I was up twice last night because of the kiddos, I was so hungry it took forever to fall back asleep. I would like to not eat after 6pm but , ugh, who wants to be up all night? Any suggestions?

If it's just a matter of getting back to sleep., I've have a glass of seltzer water with some lime or lemon... It fills the void, has some flavor and tricks your belly long enough to get back to sleep. What do you think, Wendy?
