1 red bell pepper 2-3 scallions diced 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño rings 1/2 cup fire roasted diced tomatoes(organic brand) 2 cans tuna drained 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin Juice of 1 lime about 2 tsp 2-3 Paleo mayo Optional: cilantro, diced avocado(recommended) Mix everything together Add avocado at the end to not smush it This is spicy a bit so skip jalapeño rings if you want
