1/29/2015 6:30 am 2-fish oil pills 2-hard boiled eggs -Shake with 1/3 sweet potato, 1 banana, 1 handful kale, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
9:30 am -sirloin browned in olive oil with sea salt and pepper -raw cherry tomatoes -raw carrots -raw green beans
11:30 am -grilled chicken with sea salt and pepper over a salad with a variety of lettuces, tomato, and carrots. 1-handful raw almonds
3:00 pm 2-fish oil pills -chicken browned in coconut oil with sea salt, oregano, and pepper over a salad of romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, and celery with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
5:30 pm 2-hard boiled eggs -1/4 raw avocado -raw carrots, raw green beans, raw cherry tomatoes
8:00 pm -pork tenderloin brushes with sea salt and olive oil and broiled -raw carrots, celery, cucumber, green beans, cherry tomatoes with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

10:30 am 2-scrambled eggs cooked in ghee with tomatoes, mushrooms, sea salt, and pepper 2-strips bacon -1/4 raw avocado
12:30 pm -chicken breast browned in ghee with sea salt and pepper -1/4 raw avocado -raw grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers
2:30 pm -grilled chicken with sea salt and pepper over a salad with a variety of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers 1-handful raw cashews
6:30 pm 2-fish oil pills -ground sirloin browned in coconut oil, sea salt and pepper. -salad of romaine lettuce, spinach, celery, carrots, green beans, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
10:00 pm 2-hard boiled eggs -1/4 raw avocado -raw celery

I'm loving the change in eating style! I've always been pretty basic in my food variety. I've been pre making most of the meat, eggs, and veggies and packing them up. It's been really easy for me to stay on track that way. No worries about boredom, I'm really feeling great!
