Good job. You are great at getting lots of vegetables, too. Your protein does look a fit low, as does carb, so add a snack. Especially if hungry.

I sure will consider upping things. I know the point is not to starve myself. Wanna ask when can I add protein shakes? And how often. And how about protein bars? For starvation not all the time

Protein shakes - post-workout only. Protein bars, very sparingly. Mainly for travel or on-the-go.
Bulletproof coffee. You can go ahead and start. It's very high fat, so choose leaner meats later on in the day or don't go bonkers on fats.

Understand about protein shakes and bars. Any protein bars to consider?!? Also when I consider bulletproof coffee, do I use that as a substitute meal? I read pros and cons
AM: 5 oz of my sweet potato/sausage concoction and black coffee Lunch: 5 oz of turkey chili and small Apple and black coffee Dinner: 4.5 oz steak, grilled zucchini, sautéed onions, 3'oz purple potatoes- grilled.

I used bulletproof more like a pre-workout since I got up so early. You can use it as s snack or with breakfast and just eat low fat at breakfast. Experiments and just make sure you balance things out.
Good work!
