I feel okay. Tweaked my low back Friday on the prowler press. Still sore. Having a little trouble with variety for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are okay, but need more good carb options. I'm using sweet potatoes, but not white.

That's weird you hurt it on prowler, as that's a piece of equipment that you don't usually hurt yourself on and we use it to rehab people? Heat up leftovers for breakfast. Make it easy! Carbs besides sweet potatoes: plantains, yuca, occasional white rice, squashes. Do some research - Google is your friend. www.balancedbites.com/PDFs/BOOK_EXTRAS/PracticalPaleo_GuidetoPaleoCarbs.pdf

I'm guessing it was prowler. Maybe it was the zombie squats or split jerk.

It's sore only at the belt line, in the middle. No radiating pain. No pain while sitting but when I stand up I can't initially stand all the way up. Have to ease into it. Started Friday after workout in the am. Really bad on Friday. Slightly better each day, but kind of stayed the same today. Been taking Advil. Went to chiro yesterday for adjustment, so that's probably why only little improvement today. Sometimes the adjustment causes soreness and next few days gets better. Had to be in WPB today for work so driving doesn't help.

I guess I would describe the pain as general soreness and achy. It's not a stabbing or shooting pain.

3-10-15:
B: sausage and coffee with only a splash of skim milk. On run, had no choice.
L: grilled salmon and grilled peppers, asparagus and sweet potato. Iced tea.
D: Tacos, without any tortillas. Meat, avocado, olives, and lettuce. Water.
S: little fruit and water.

Did the chiro determine the course? I'm thinking it sounds like it could be related to your hips. Are you stretching/mobilizing? Come in and we can show you some things to do. I would imagine extension makes it feel better.
Excellent work on the food!

Could very well be the hips as I've had piraformis muscle issues in the past

You're going to have to be very proactive with your hip/back mobility work in order to stay healthy and feeling good. A daily routine that you can do at home will pay off big time!

What was in the smoothie, any protein? Everything i looking great. How are you feeling? Are you hungry? Satisfied?

Smoothie had coconut milk, frozen real fruit, banana, ice, cinnamon, and water.
I feel okay and mostly satisfied. Only time I don't is when I don't have a light snack because nothing available. I need to get more stuff.

Agree...just plan ahead. Get some paleo-approved jerky online, stock up on nuts, etc.
Add protein to that smoothie! You need to eat protein every time you eat. That will help you feel satisfied, too.

Protein powder to the shake? If so, I'll look online for a good paleo brand. Overall, I'm not finding it too difficult to stay within the rules. The really hard times are going out with friends and everyone's eating stuff not on the menu. I've been very good, however. My only dereliction from the plan is I'll have an occasional glass of wine or mixed drink. I'll put literally only a splash of skim milk in my coffee. No sugar. Nothing extreme though. I'm not eating any "junk" food, drinking cokes, or eating candy.
